On-ride wallpaper pictures of the "Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain" roller coaster in the Asia section of Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park - presented in 4:3 regular and 16:9 widescreen formats!

Take a ride on the Expedition Everest roller coaster in the Asia part of Disney's Animal Kingdom!  These on-ride photos are compiled from a variety of angles, including riding on the front row of the coaster train.

A trip to the Forbidden Mountain involves going through several different geographic regions as we travel through the Himalayan Mountains.  The trip starts out in the rain forests commonly found in the lower elevations, including passing by waterfalls created from the melting and runoff of snow and ice found in the higher elevations.  The trains then make the long climb up to the summit of the Forbidden Mountain.  The upper elevations of the mountain are covered in snow and ice, and many caverns and ice tunnels provide plenty of excitement and potential hiding places for the mythological Yeti.  After a close encounter with the creature, the trains race down the Forbidden Mountain and make a high-speed run through the lower foothills and forests surrounding the mountains.  A trip through a massive cave completes the journey before the trains return to the old tea train station in Serka Zong.
