The official Winter Edition of the Walt Disney World World Update from January 1-15, 1997.

Highlights in this World Update include:

• The 25th Anniversary Celebration in the Magic Kingdom including the birthday cake version of Cinderella Castle and 25th Anniversary "Remember the Magic Parade."

• The 1997 running of the Walt Disney World Marathon.

• Temporary addition of movie sets, props and costumes from the live action 101 Dalmatians film in the Disney-MGM Studios.

• Hours of operation for the theme parks and events for the first half of January including New Year's Day.
