The official preview guide from 1987 for the upcoming Disney-MGM Studios theme park at Walt Disney World set to open in the Spring of 1989.

Filled with concept art and previews for the latest theme park in Walt Disney World, this special preview guide is a priceless artifact for lovers of animation, movies, Walt Disney World, and of course, Disney's Hollywood Studios park.  Notice how the park was focused more on making TV shows and movies and less focused on rides and attractions.  In fact, the only rides that were scheduled for the park were "Great Moments At The Movies" (changed to "The Great Movie Ride" prior to opening), "Star Tours" (opening in 1990), and the studio backlot tour.

As we've seen through the park's history, Disney's Hollywood Studios is completely different today and filled with top-notch shows and attractions, and nothing like how it was promoted or during those first couple of years of being open to the public.
