Opening on September 15, 1997, with the rest of the West Side at Downtown Disney, Bongos Cuban Cafe brought the rhythm and cuisine of Cuba to central Florida vacationers.  Bongos Cuban Cafe was created by musicians Emilio and Gloria Estefan of the Miami Sound Machine.

There's no mistaking the giant pineapple and tropical flora and architecture involving this structure.  The tropical nature invites you to sit back, enjoy some cold drinks, and be momentarily transported back to a 1950s-style Havana nightclub.  From the tropical plants up front to the exotic water fountains to the giant pineapple, you know that you're entering a world of fun at Bongos Cuban Cafe.
