Paradiso 37 restaurant
(June 4, 2009 - present)
History and photos of Paradiso 37, a Central and South American-themed restaurant in Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney.
When the final clubs and dance halls closed on September 27, 2008, a new era was about to begin at Downtown Disney's Pleasure Island.
Opening on June 4, 2009, Paradiso 37 became the first establishment to open in the new version of this section of Downtown Disney. Paradiso 37 is a restaurant featuring theming from Central and South America.
Paradiso 37 is located where the Suspended Animation and YesterEars stores, and the Sweet Surrender and Missing Link Sausage Company restaurants previously existed. All of those listed stores and restaurants had been closed since 2006.
