Guide map's main theme:  "The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man"

Changes in this guide map include (since the March of 2000 guidemap):

• A new slightly smaller format to the guidemap.
  

• Removal of the island's official logos from the guidemap.

• Addition of a single rider system at select rides to allow faster boarding times for those people who don't mind being separated from their groups to fill in the empty seats on rides.
  

"Port of Entry":

• Renaming of "Universal Studios Islands of Adventure Trading Company" store to "Islands of Adventure Trading Company."
  

"Marvel Super Hero Island":

• Addition of "Storm Force Accelatron" ride (Coming this Summer!)
  

"Toon Lagoon":

• Temporary closing of "Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges" raft ride.

"The Lost Continent":

• Addition of "The Flying Unicorn" roller coaster (Coming this Summer!) in "The Lost Continent."

"Seuss Landing":

• Renaming of "Hop on Pop" to "Hop on Pop Ice Cream Shop."

• Addition of "Meet the Cat in the Hat" character meet-and-greet.
