Guide map's main theme:  "The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man"

Changes in this guide map include (since the August of 1999 guidemap):

• New format to the cover of the guidemap.

• A preview for the new "Men in Black: Alien Attack" ride opening next door at Universal Studios Florida.

• Removal of the "Adventure to the Stars" nighttime fireworks show on the IOA lagoon.

"Port of Entry":

• Renaming of "Silk Road Clothiers" to "Silk Road Toy Shoppe."

• Changing of "Spice Island Sausages" fast food stand to "Spice Island Wings and Fries."

"Marvel Super Hero Island":

• Removal of "Arcade News" store.

• Renaming of "Chill" to "Chill Ice Cream."

• Changing of the "X-Men" character meet-and-greet to "Meet the Marvel Super Heroes!"

"Toon Lagoon":

• Removal of the "Pandemonium Cartoon Circus" show.

• Changing of "Toon Toys" shop into the "Betty Boop Store."

"Jurassic Park":

• Removal of the "Ja Roo" live show.

"The Lost Continent":

• The guidemap now has more detail about the "Dueling Dragons" roller coaster, emphasing that they are two distinct roller coasters.

• Removal of the "Garlands" shop.

• Removal of the "Bandits Out of Time" live show.

• Addition of "The Mystic Fountain" interactive talking fountain.

"Seuss Landing":

• Changing of the "Seuss Street Show" to "Dr. Seuss Presents: A Something For Everyone."
