Guide map's main theme: Christmas in the Disney-MGM Studios

Changes in the guide map include (since the August of 1997 guidemap):

• New feature in the guidemap showing where and when you can meet the various characters in the park.

• Temporary addition of a Christmas Tree in front of "The Great Movie Ride" on Hollywood Boulevard.

• Temporary addition of "Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights" along Residential Street in the Backlot.

• Addition of "Planet Hollywood Super Store" on Sunset Boulevard.

• Changing of "The Loony Bin" to "Goosebumps Gifts and Photos."

• Changing of "The Making of 'George of the Jungle'" to "The Making of 'Flubber.'"

• Addition of "Goosebumps Fright Show" on New York Street.

• Removal of "Toy Story Character Appearances" on New York Street.
